4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

• Refund Process: A refund will be credited to your  tie4you wallet or the original payment method used.
• Store Credit: Refunds to the wallet can be used for future purchases on our website.
